Interviews families who meet basic eligibility criteria, need for shelter, ability to make no-interest loan payments, and willingness to partner with HabiJax.

Assists families through all phases of the HabiJax program:  sweat equity, homeownership education, home purchase, adjustment to new responsibilities, and continued partnership with the organization.  Committee plans, implements, and evaluates all aspects of the support for homeowner partners.

Recruits, interviews, trains and coordinates volunteers to help HabiJax fulfill the mission of building high quality affordable homes in Duval County.
