Interviews families who meet basic eligibility criteria, need for shelter, ability to make no-interest loan payments, and willingness to partner with HabiJax.
Family Support	Paula Collett [Email]
Assists families through all phases of the HabiJax program:  sweat equity, homeownership education, home purchase, adjustment to new responsibilities, and continued partnership with the organization.  Committee plans, implements, and evaluates all aspects of the support for homeowner partners.
Real Estate	Paula Collett [Email]
Helps determine land values and located Duval County property suitable for construction of HabiJax homes in concert with public policy and community redevelopment efforts

This committee assists the board and staff with fund development by planning, building relationships and asking donors for gifts or support.

This committee’s focus is on budget planning, accounting procedures and policies, the annual audit process and oversight of the mortgage portfolio, including sales.
