If yes: there is a *$75 estimating fee; and 50% of the total cost of the Remodel project is due upon signing the contract and 50% is due upon completion.

*Are you going to apply for a micro-loan thru HabiJax for your Remodel project?

If yes: if you have a credit score, it must be 600 or higher; there is a $25 non-refundable application fee and a *$75 estimating fee; there is a $1,000 to $5,000 range on the loan amount; and the limit on the loan term is 36 months and the interest will be variable depending on your credit score.

*Are you going to pay cash for part of your Remodel project & apply for a micro-loan thru HabiJax for the remainder?

If yes: if you have a credit score, it must be 600 or higher; there is a $25 non-refundable application fee and a *$75 estimating fee; the cash portion of your payment is due upon signing the contract; there is a $1,000 to $5,000 range on the loan amount; and the limit on the loan term is 36 months and the interest will be variable depending on your credit score.

In addition, if you are applying for a micro-loan thru HabiJax, you can't have any outstanding judgments or liens; you can't have any late payments on other accounts in the past 6 months; you can't have any bankruptcies discharged in the last 24 months or dismissed in the last 3 years; and your credit debt has to be less than 60% of your monthly income (including the micro-loan).
