As the Jacksonville area continues to grow, securing affordable property for HabiJax home projects becomes more challenging.  If you are aware of a parcel of land  or a home in need of rehabilitation in Duval County that may be donated to HabiJax or available for purchase, we want to talk to you!  Please click here to email Sandi Bilofsky or you may contact her by phone at (904)208-6679.

HabiJax generally purchases land at or below fair appraisal value. We regret that we are unable to purchase property in the floodplain or mediate any heirship issues.

Properties that HabiJax acquires generally meet the following criteria:

• minimum 35' wide, minimum 100' deep
• public utilities available (sewer, water)
• not in designated flood zone
• clean & marketable title
