Donate by Mail/Phone

To donate by mail, please print out our donation form and send it along with your donation to: HabiJax 2404 Hubbard St. Jacksonville, FL 32206 To make a credit card donation by phone, contact Development at (904) 208-6650. Gift announcement acknowledging honorariums and memorials are also available with your phone donation.

Matching Gifts

Thousands of corporations have a matching gift program or a PAC Match incentive (Political Action Committee) which may match your gift to HabiJax.  This match may double, triple or quadruple the amount of your gift.  If you or your spouse work or are retired from a matching gift company, please contact the human resources department to verify and initiate the matching gift process.   Click here for a list of companies .

Vehicle Donations

Planned Giving

Many of our partners support HabiJax through planned gifts, which may qualify for significant tax deductions. Giving options include bequests, charitable gift annuities, and charitable remainder trusts. Stocks and Bond Gifts

A charitable gift of stocks or bonds provides an opportunity for tax savings while generously sharing with others. A gift of stock owned for more than one year entitles you to a charitable deduction for the full market value at the time the gift is made. If the stock has appreciated, you also avoid a capital gains tax on the appreciation. In addition to helping HabiJax, you may diversify away from low-basis, long-term holdings into other assets that will better suit your current needs. eBay Auctions

HabiJax is registered with eBay to participate in Giving Works, the program that allows sellers to contribute a percentage of their earnings to their favorite certified nonprofit organization.  Any seller listing an item on eBay may elect to contribute 10% - 100% of the final sale price to HabiJax.   To participate in the eBay Giving Works program, please click here.

Corporate Campaigns

Corporate Campaigns are available through certain firms.  Companies such as Aetna, AT&T, Bank of America, Nuvell Financial, KPMG and Washington Mutual organize giving plans for their employees.  Ask your human resources department if this is available to you.
