0% Interest Mortgage Program
HabiJax’s core homeownership program sells new and renovated homes to lower income, qualified buyers with no interest mortgages. To qualify, applicants must demonstrate three criteria:
- Need for Housing
- Ability to Pay
- Willingness to Partner
Housing Counseling
HabiJax provides housing counseling services for all income levels. Whether you are looking to buy a home in the open market (non HabiJax loan) or need guidance on how to stay in the one you own, HabiJax certified counselors can assist you with almost any housing need.
Neighborhood Stabilization Program
HabiJax is an approved developer for the City of Jacksonville’s Neighborhood Stabilization Program and offers renovated single-family homes in 32206, 32208, and 32209. Buyers must meet certain income guidelines; and may come through the HabiJax 0% interest program or obtain financing from another source.
