Neighborhood Stabilization Program

The first step purchasing a home in the NSP is to call (904) 798-4529 to see if you qualify for the HabiJax 0% Interest Mortgage Program or call (904) 398-HOME to be referred to a participating financial institution for pre approval.

Eligibility
Participants must demonstrate the following:

• Be a resident of Duval County
• Have a household income up to 120% median income for Duval County
• Complete an 8 hour credit counseling course
• Upon purchase, live in the NSP home as your primary residence

Pricing
While pricing on the NSP homes varies, qualified buyers may purchase an NSP home for as little as $500 down and may be eligible to receive up to $40,000 in down payment assistance.
