To schedule yourself for volunteer date with this calendar:

You will need to have completed our online volunteer registration before you can actually sign up for any dates.

1. If you want to work on a particular project, locate the color for that project in the Calendar Legend.
2. Next find the colored boxes in the calendar (scroll down to see) corresponding with that project.
   • Tip: Boxes with a F in them are already booked Full.
   • Tip: Boxes with GRP indicate Group Opportunities, and IND indicate Individual opportunities.
   • Tip:Boxes show the total number of volunteers for any day.  
   • Tip: Boxes with a white background indicate where you are already scheduled to volunteer (if you are currently logged in)

3. For each date you wish to volunteer, click on the colored box on the selected date. A pop-up window will then give you additional project information, and you can then click the sign me up button to confirm your choice.
   • Tip: You will automatically be sent an email confirming your volunteer date.
4. Repeat this process until you have signed up for all of your desired volunteer dates.
   • Tip: At any time, you can click the view my scheduled dates link above to see where you are already scheduled.

Click on the colored box where you would like to volunteer.
IND = Individuals     GRP = Group     F = Date Full
