Auxiliary
The Auxiliary is comprised of volunteers who support HabiJax through non-construction volunteering.  Through the Auxiliary, you might work on a fundraiser, plan a home dedication, assist in the office, or help HabiJax achieve our mission in any other non-construction capacity.

The Auxiliary meets the 4th Tuesday of every month at 6:30pm at the HabiJax office.  New members are always welcome.


Family Services Committee
The Family Services Committee provides assistance and support to families and individuals seeking homeownership through HabiJax.  Once a family has been prequalified, members conduct home visits to help determine the housing need.  Committee members continue their support of HabiJax and its families by participating in workshops, charitable events, and community outreach.


ReStore
Our ReStore relies on volunteers for day-to-day operations by preparing donations for display, assisting customers, and helping keep the ReStore clean and organized.  Read more about becoming a ReStore Volunteer.


Workshop Leaders
Volunteers are needed to lead workshops for homebuyers in financial knowledge, neighborhood development, and personal and family growth.  Also needed are volunteers with extensive knowledge in plumbing, electrical, heating/venting, etc. that would be willing to conduct monthly workshops.
