In 2024 we are launching the HabiJax Build Crew – a circle of monthly donors committed to seeing families build better lives through affordable homeownership.

Your Impact

Here is what your monthly gift will make possible:

Household budgets stretched by high rents will find relief through affordable mortgages (recent HabiJax homebuyers who had been renting pay about $200 less per month for their mortgage).
Homebuyers will have one-on-one guides supporting them through the homebuying process and education classes to prepare for a lifetime of successful homeownership.
Volunteers coming out to build homes alongside homebuyers will have all the materials they need, in spite of rising construction costs.
