Are you eligible?
To qualify, all applicants must have lived or worked in Duval County for at least six months and must demonstrate the criteria listed below. If you are married, you must submit the form with your spouse. We cannot accept your interest form if you are separated.
We are currently accepting homebuyer interest forms until July 30, 2021. Please review the criteria below and click the button at the bottom of the page to submit your credit report payment ($12.50 for one applicant/$25 for coapplicants). Once you submit payment, you will receive a link to the homebuyer interest form. A link will also be emailed to you if you provide an email address.
Ability to Pay Mortgage:
Monthly income must be between the ranges below for your household size (when you move into the house) to meet routine expenses, maintain the house and make affordable monthly mortgage payments. You must have lived or worked in Duval County for at least six months, been on your full time job at least 1 year (or 6 months in same line of work as your previous position) or part time job for 2 years, have less than $500 in delinquent debt, and if you have a credit score, it must be a 640 or above (if no credit score, you will need to meet non-traditional credit guidelines).
