- Last 2 years’ W2s
- Last 2 years’ tax returns
- 2 most recent monthly bank statements
- $60 application fee (debit/credit)
- Self Employed? Bring most recent year profit and loss statements and EIN, if you have one
- It will take about 1 hour to complete an application with a specialist
