The Frank Barker Memorial Fund was established to honor the legacy of Mr. Barker, a former Executive Director at HabiJax who passed away in 2002. the day the 1,000th HabiJax house broke ground. The fund supports camp scholarships for HabiJax homeowners’ children each summer.
For 2024, the Camp Scholarship Committee plans to award 10 partial scholarships of approximately $100 each, to be chosen from among all applicants based on:
While a parent/guardian may apply for scholarships for more than one child, preference will be given to helping as many families as possible.
