HabiJax is excited to share plans for our first-ever Veterans’ Village!

This pocket neighborhood features our most popular home models in a community just for veterans, with plans for a community center, walking trail, picnic area, and memorial wall. For qualifying homebuyers, this Veterans’ Village will offer:

We invite veterans and active-duty service members looking to become first-time homeowners in Jacksonville to a special information center on Wednesday evening, June 28th, at the Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic at Centerstone (7011 A C Skinner Pkwy, Jacksonville, FL 32256).

Eligibility and income requirements for homeownership through HabiJax are outlined on our homeownership page. For the Veterans’ Village, applicants must also be able to show military service with an honorable discharge or current honorable service.
